WEST CHESTER, Penn. -- Frank Bailor, an employee of Stoltzfus RV’s & Marine, achieved a milestone in RV sales for Stoltzfus’s corporate year, attaining $10 million in gross sales.
This was accomplished in a challenging economy, with people wary to purchase anything these days. Gas prices and retail financing was a major deterrent during this time. Along with sales in excess of $10 million, Bailor is the No. 1 Monaco salesperson in the United States.
Baylor has worked for Stoltzfus for more than 30 years. He began his career washing and cleaning RV’s in June of 1978. He worked his way up through the company to become its No. 1 salesperson. He has been a sales consultant with Stoltzfus for 28 years, and has been instrumental in promoting the growth of the company into what it is today.
Stoltzfus RV & Marine is located has been in business for 43 years and currently employs 50 people. The dealership is a 100 percent ESOP (employee stock ownership company).
