EUGENE, Ore. -- RV Glass Solutions has released its completely revamped website at www.rvglassexperts.com.
The new site highlights the company's mission to serve its customers as "The RV Glass Experts" by making the process of RV glass replacement straightforward and painless.
Doug Rutherford, director of operations says, “Our goal is to make any repair experience as positive as possible for our customers. No one ever wants to find themselves in a "coach-down" situation, but if a repair does become necessary, customers want to know that the people taking care of the job understand that the customer's investment and their time are of critical importance at that moment.”
Rutherford joined the RVGS team this spring after more than two decades in highline coach service and warranty management at Country Coach. He looks forward to carrying on and growing the RVGS commitment to “Customer First Service.”
The company is also pleased to announce the addition of David Beaty to its management staff. Beaty, who brings nearly 27 years of highline coach manufacturing management experience with him, understands the unique qualities of coach construction from the ground up, and adds to the company's already strong base of recreational vehicle perspective. Dave's role will include management of the company's team of customer service Specialists, as well as responsibility for continuous improvement initiatives for the processes and systems that support the company’s interface with its insurance industry partners.
