FAIRFAX, Va. -- Kampgrounds of America’s (KOA) Chairman and CEO Jim Rogers will show RV dealers how to take their entire dealership to the next of level of customer satisfaction and loyalty during a special workshop Dec. 1 in conjunction with the National RV Show in Louisville, Ky.
The workshop, sponsored by the RVDA Education Foundation’s RV Learning Center, will be at the Executive West Hotel in Louisville, KY, a day before the opening of the National RV Trade Show.
In this dynamic workshop, Rogers will draw on his long career in the gaming, hospitality and camping industries to help participants plan their own strategies to take their customer satisfaction and service from good service to great. In addition, a panel of industry leaders will share their insights into exceeding customer expectations, and what new measures they are taking to survive and thrive in 2009.
“To thrive in uncertain times you must focus on those competitive features that you can control,” Rogers said. “Whether it be an RV dealership, a manufacturer, campground, or Disneyland, you have to start with your people.”
Rogers’ workshop will include current industry trends and forecasts. Attendees will hear the tale of KOA’s own journey from good to great, and listen to Rogers expose the “secrets” to creating great customer service for your business. All those attending will walk away with the tools to take your customer satisfaction to the next level and tangible ways to grow their business in the new year.
The workshop runs from 2:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. and costs only $95 for RVDA members and $125 for non-members in advance. On-site registration will be $120 for RVDA members and $165 for non-members. Sign up now so you don’t miss out on this dynamic sales workshop.
