COLUMBIA, S.C. – The Columbia-S.C.-based commercial real estate firm of NAI Avant announced the firm recently brokered Royalty Properties LLC’s $1.25 million purchase of a two-acre site at 5028 Sunset Boulevard / U.S. 378 in West Columbia, S.C.
A new Mountain Top RV and Marine dealership is planned for the site.
